I&#039;m sitting in that place right now and it ain&#039;t that comfortable. To date, I&#039;ve tried to take an agile approach having been inspired by what I learnt while doing software product management in an agile environment. Having gained early and important velocity on the project, our internal stakeholders are getting overly fixated on the things that are the easiest to fix and not focusing on the issues and requirements that are key to the greater long term ambitions.

However often you say &#039;the content is separated from its presentation&#039; and show them how easy it is to change that presentation they still focus first on that and not the content that we know from our user research is what our web visitors want.</description>
