Woopra is also quite handy - providing real-time stats/traffic.

Wordpress has a lot of flexibility, but the quality of the plugins can be a bit spotty. I&#039;ve found (the hard way) that it&#039;s best when upgrading any component or plugin, that you backup and do one upgrade at a time, testing along the way.
