		<description>If I might add to the level of community knowledge as to how one starts selling CMS:

It was all a mistake for me, I had an engineering construction degree and thought that I was applying for a sales job for a Concrete Management System, pay seemed good and I didn&#039;t have to sell to people with tattoos, imagine my surprise....

And may I also suggest The Changing of the Guards:

I stepped forth from the shadows, to the marketplace,
Merchants and thieves, hungry for power, my last deal gone down</description>
