I intended to compose you a little bit of remark just to thank you yet again about the spectacular tricks you have provided in this case. This is unbelievably open-handed of you to convey freely what a lot of folks might have sold for an electronic book to get some money on their own, even more so considering that you could have tried it if you ever wanted. The secrets likewise served as the great way to recognize that many people have a similar fervor just like mine to know the truth a great deal more pertaining to this matter. I think there are thousands of more pleasant sessions up front for many who looked at your website.

Great and inspiring blog post. To see a video about using Google Wave to collaboratively take notes, go here. We also found it to be a challenging and very rewarding experience.

Dear Motley Crew,

And bravo for assembling all those anti-CMS thoughts so poetically. I love this post because actually this problem exists throughout technology. I have witnessed first hand the UI designer saying that something is cool and makes perfect sense...while I turn around and email a link to a few cool friends - who say...nah this sucks. But back to CMS, I think it is a market risk for vendors on any level who do not bring on board people that can better relate to the marketer's needs. I think companies who do so will have an advantage since often times non-marketing people THINK they "get" marketing...but often they don't! If you are selling a solution that ultimately solves a marketing problem....enough said? I'm constantly complaining about my CMS. There are too many steps involved, too many work-arounds and the analytics are greatly lacking. But when was the last time a developer came to me and asked me, a marketer what I thought about an interface....LOL.

Hmm.. the above URL doesn't work. Try readonliebot@appspot.com as a new participant instead.

I found it in some GW's gadgets & bots list.

Hi Jon, greetings from Argentina.

You might try this bot:

http://www.gampoc.com/readonlie

to make read-only waves. Didn't test it myself, though.

There wasn't a way in the Sandbox. Maybe some nice person on Twitter or Blogosphere can help. I want either a) ability to lock it b) ability to make it public-read only and editable by members c) ability to "label" a version or d) ability to clone it. You can move a blip to another wave, but not a whole wave as fair as I know.

Feel free to investigate :-)
